A Cancellation Fee of $110 will apply when a patient cancels less than 24 hours prior to their scheduled in-clinic appointment, or does not attend. Appointments rescheduled to a time within 7 days will not incur this cancellation fee. Appointment reminders are sent via sms to patients at 10am the prior day. Discontinuation of services to a patient will apply should a patient miss 3 scheduled appointment times consecutively.
